Key Responsibilities:
- Senior Graphic Design: Lead and execute high-quality graphic design projects for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Website and Blog Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company website and blog, including content creation, SEO strategies, and performance analysis.
- AIA Submissions: Develop and manage submissions for the American Institute of Architects (AIA), ensuring accuracy and alignment with Mitrex’s brand and objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO best practices.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

The Events and Physical Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all physical marketing activities and events. This includes managing printed materials, samples, and logistics for various events. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical Marketing: Oversee the production and distribution of printed marketing materials and general and custom samples.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute events including trade shows, conferences, lunch and learns (both office and virtual), RV tours, and Mitrex Days.
- Event Administration: Handle all administrative tasks related to events, such as scheduling, budgeting,
vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.
- ISA Visits and Tours: Coordinate ISA (Institute of Solar Architects) visits, project tours, and factory tours, ensuring a seamless and informative experience for visitors.
- Lunch and Learns: Organize and manage AIA lunch and learn sessions, including logistics for food, drinks, and accreditation processes and coordinate with Senior - Digital Marketing Specialist to submit AIAs
- Custom Samples: Manage the creation and distribution of custom samples to clients and partners.
