As our journey unfolds, it's essential to acknowledge the human element at the core of our mission. Change, especially at the magnitude we're aiming for, is inherently challenging. Human behavior is deeply rooted in traditions and established norms. I've observed that altering these ingrained patterns is one of the most formidable challenges we face. Yet, it's a challenge we embrace with relentless optimism at Mitrex.

This year, our team demonstrated extraordinary adaptability and creativity, embodying the belief that buildings are more than mere shelters or architectural marvels. They are, indeed, untapped sources of energy. Our innovative solar solutions have transformed numerous structures into powerhouses of green energy, redefining the role of architecture in our modern world. Mitrex Gala & Our Pledge to Mali, Africa , A highlight of our year was the MitrEXIFY Sustainable Charity Gala, which underscored our commitment to global sustainability and community support. I am proud to announce our promise to donate 275 kW of photovoltaic systems to Mali, lighting up lives in villages and empowering thousands through solar energy. This initiative is a testament to our belief that renewable energy is a right, not a privilege.

This year, we have reached several milestones that mark our growth and advancement:

Signing and Onboarding Several Large Projects: Growing our project portfolio over 100% year over year.

• Launch of Claditized: Our new unitized wall system, Claditized, promises to restructure building facades with its efficient, cost-effective, and aesthetic design.
• Colored Solar Panels in the USA: We've successfully introduced our colored solar panels in the US market, combining cutting-edge solar technology with architectural beauty.
• Expanding Global Presence: With representation across continents, from Dubai to Australia, Mitrex's global footprint has expanded significantly, showcasing our commitment to worldwide sustainability.
• Strengthening Sustainable Practices: In a major stride towards environmental responsibility, we've embraced solar-powered operations, initiated tree planting efforts, and minimized the use of unsustainable materials, significantly reducing our overall carbon footprint.
• New Partnerships: Our collaboration with Healthy Infrastructure for Photovoltaic Noise Barrier is just one example of our efforts to integrate solar energy into everyday infrastructure.
